Busy mums and dads wanting to add that special treat into your child's lunchbox, we have you covered too.  Head over to our Lunchbox snack section and  see our range.  This range has been meticulously approved by my 2 cheeky monkeys and their friends.

Butter cake is a beautiful moist, soft, fluffy cake with a tender crumb. 

It is made with butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and our secret ingredient.  

It serves as a base for many variations in our kitchen.  

Butter cakes are our preferred cake for children's birthdays and buttercream designs.

GF and Vegan options are available.

Mud cake is a dense, rich, and chocolatey cake with a moist crumb, made from the finest quality ingredients including  chocolate, butter, sugar, eggs, and our specialty flour blend. It is known for its intense richness of chocolate flavor and is often covered in a decadent ganache or our creamy smooth signature buttercream. Mud cakes have a tight crumb, this makes them stable enough for decorating with fondant (RTR) and  the most stable for stacking.  They even taste better a day or two after baking.

Mud cakes are preferred cake for fondant (RTR) covered designs.
